At the end of August, at our location Timisoara, Romania, a special event took place. Five colleagues from Germany traveled to join the local team for a week of exchange, collaboration, and appreciation.

A festive highlight: Constantin Schaefer and Cristina Coos were for her 5 years of company service honored. The award was presented Bastian Braun and Laura Latici – a strong sign of the close connection within our international team.

The week's agenda offered a successful mix of professional exchange and team culture:

• Wednesday: Meet & Greet – Joint exchange for colleagues working remotely and in the office
• Thursday: Compact information sharing on new impulses and developments
• Friday: Customer appointments directly at the customer's office – in close dialogue on projects and solutions
• Saturday Summer party in Timisoara – an atmospheric closing with sun, music, and good spirits
