From regional supplier to international company
VALEO IT Services International GmbH was founded in 2004 by Bastian Braun and initially focused on trading, IT consulting, and support for regional clients. Bastian Braun, born and raised in Pirk near Weiden, was inspired by a well-known entrepreneur to start and run his own business. The company took off in Europe in 2014, expanded to NAMER and LATAM in 2016, and to APAC in 2018.
VALEO IT Services International GmbH currently employs over 250 people who take care of their clients' IT needs in various areas. Whether it's consulting, project implementation, or around-the-clock support in more than 13 languages. Thanks to our locations in Germany, Romania, Mexico, and the Philippines, we can guarantee our clients high-quality service and the best possible quality. We place great value on open communication and transparency. Every client is unique and has their special wishes and requirements. Therefore, we seamlessly integrate our customized solutions into their IT architecture.

Our global presence and continuous development in recent years have prompted us to adapt our company name accordingly. VALEO IT Personalservice GmbH has become VALEO IT Services International GmbH. This renaming has created a unified name with which all our locations worldwide can identify.
2021
We were honored to win the Bayern Best 50 Award. VALEO IT Services International GmbH qualified for this award through above-average growth in employee numbers, revenue, and profits over the past five years, with future viability and economic stability being important selection criteria for awarding the prize. This was only possible through teamwork and an excellent corporate culture.
2021
Continuous development also means continuous improvements within the company, as well as a constant learning culture and efficient quality management. VALEO IT Services International GmbH was confirmed in this by certification according to ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV SÜD Management GmbH.
2019
With the 2016 expansion into NAMER and LATMA, VALEO IT Services International GmbH opened up a large new job market with local IT experts. Due to high customer demand, a second office was opened in Queretaro, Mexico, to respond more quickly to inquiries and new projects.
2018
After establishing a presence in Europe and the Americas with locations in Germany, Romania, and Mexico, the next logical step was expansion into the APAC region. VALEO IT Services International GmbH embraced the challenge and opened another location in Manila, Philippines, to enhance customer service and growth, as well as to offer services in more languages.
2018
Romania is an important IT location in Europe. To improve the quality of our services and increase quantity, VALEO IT Services International GmbH opened another office in Sibiu, Romania, to ensure the vision of greater customer satisfaction through more qualified employees.
2017
Through years of excellent partnership with SanData IT – Gruppe and the continuous challenge to meet customer requirements, VALEO IT Services International GmbH decided to expand the existing business relationship with the IT system house in the area of consulting and support.
2016
To provide better opportunities for the growth of VALEO IT Services International GmbH, as well as to cover more languages and service hours, we opened a new office in Guadalajara, Mexico. This expansion into the NAMER and LATMA regions opened up access for us to a very well-structured IT labor market.
2014
Due to the expansion of its service portfolio and an increase in market share, VALEO IT Services International decided to expand into Romania with a location in Timisoara. The reasons for this location expansion were customer requests for additional languages and service hours, as well as a budget restructuring.
2012
As a manufacturer-independent and industry-neutral IT systems house, the SanData IT Group successfully supports companies in Germany and Austria. VALEO IT Services International GmbH therefore decided to form a strategic partnership in the retail business with SanData.
2009
Due to project developments and increasing employee numbers, founder and CEO Bastian Braun decided to build a new headquarters in Luhe-Wildenau, not far from his home community of Pirk near Weiden.
2008
VALEO IT Services International GmbH supported a client's plant as a service provider before moving into the Stollberg/Erzgebirge branch office. With the move to a separate office, the support portfolio could be expanded and new customers gained.
