Quality in service delivery as well as Satisfaction Our customers are high-value goods, anchored in the value culture of VALEO IT. They are non-negotiable objectives for us.
A quality management system supports the achievement of these goals. We have therefore decided to establish and implement a quality management system to meet the overarching requirement for Quality and Customer satisfaction to do justice.
TASKS
With the quality management system, we pursue a process-oriented approach. Based on the process-oriented approach, we plan, operate, review, and maintain operational processes, continuously monitoring their performance and contributing to continuous improvement.
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). Our QMS is aligned with the requirements of ISO 9001 and therefore follows a globally recognized systematic approach. This meets VALEO IT's overarching commitment to quality and its international orientation.
With the certificate, VALEO IT demonstrates that it adheres to the defined requirements of quality management standards, sets these as goals, and meets them. A recognized certification body accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) confirms compliance with the standard requirements through external audits and continuously verifies this in annual surveillance audits.
