A strong corporate culture is built on trust, collaboration, and personal exchange. To actively promote these values, the location Luhe-Wildenau a joint team-building day in the Bavarian Forest takes place.

The day began with an archery competition at the Sport Alm in Bodenmais. In addition to skill and concentration, the main focus was on team spirit and shared experiences. During the subsequent award ceremony, Leonie with 20 points as Beni with 26 points each awarded first place.

Following a shared snack at the JOSKA glass paradise, the itinerary continued with a cable car ride up the Großen Arber. Afterwards, a shared paddleboat ride on the Arbersee provided the opportunity to enjoy the impressive nature of the Bavarian Forest and to deepen personal exchange among colleagues.

The day concluded with a group dinner at Adams Bräu, where the day's experiences were jointly reflected upon in a pleasant atmosphere.
