With this certificate, VALEO IT confirms and demonstrates that it meets the defined quality management standards, sets them as goals, and achieves them. A recognized accreditation body (TÜV Süd Management Services GmbH) ascertains compliance with the standard requirements during an external audit and continually verifies this in annual surveillance audits.

VALEO IT is expanding its quality management system to include the areas of “IT services in consulting, service, and support, as well as software development.” Topics such as risk management, service provider management, process management, and organizational management are of central importance in ISO 9001.
