Last week, the annual Management Days took place at VALEO IT Services International GmbH. A total of 25 managers and executives from our international locations in Germany (Luhe-Wildenau, Stollberg, and Hanover), Romania (Timisoara), Mexico (Guadalajara), and the Philippines (Manila) meet at our headquarters in Luhe-Wildenau.

The participants represented the full spectrum of our organization – from team leaders and profit center leads to management, sales, and marketing, all the way to our internal IT. The goal was to sharpen our common direction for the coming months and to further advance projects.

Highlights of the week

• Wednesday: Official opening of the Management Days with current updates from the executive management. Afterwards, our Lead Service Owners presented key insights on Status quo, current projects, challenges, and goals their respective areas. Our sales team and internal IT also shared their strategies and progress.
• Wednesday evening: A communal pizza dinner and relaxed conversations by the office pool capped off the day, providing opportunities for networking and personal exchange.
• Thursday & Friday: In intensive work-in-progress sessions, strategic topics, process optimizations, and future measures were tackled together. Of particular focus were Communication, Knowledge Management, HR and Onboarding Processes, Sales Strategies, as well as our Global IT Services and Infrastructures in focus

Employee Recognition – Thank you for your loyalty

A special moment of the week was the honoring of a total of four colleagues for their long-term service. Three team members were selected five years and a colleague for impressive Ten years at VALEO IT Excellent. This loyalty and continuous performance are a core component of our company culture and our success.

Saturday – Summer Party with Family

Our traditional summer festival, complete with a family program, marked the crowning finale. In addition to delicious food – from coffee and cake to spit-roasted pig – the pool, DJ music, and an exciting bingo game with attractive prizes such as a JBL music speaker, Bose headphones, and an iPad Mini ensured a thoroughly successful conclusion. Numerous colleagues from our regional locations in Luhe-Wildenau, Stollberg, and Hannover also celebrated with us.

The Management Days 2025 have once again shown how important open communication, mutual respect, and international cooperation for our success. Through close coordination across national borders, we ensure the high quality of our services and create space for innovative ideas that benefit us and our customers.
