From founder to international company
VALEO IT was founded by Bastian Braun in 2004 and initially focused on the retail business, IT consulting and support for regional customers. Bastian Braun, the founder and managing director was born and grew up in Luhe-Wildenau, germany. A well-known entrepreneur inspired him to establish and lead an own business. The company began European operations in 2014, expanded into NAFTA and LATAM in 2016 and into APAC in 2018.
More than 250 specialists are currently available at VALEO IT Services International GmbH to advise customers in all areas of IT, to implement projects and to provide support in more than 13 languages and around the clock. Our experts are at your disposal from Germany, Romania, Mexico and the Philippines. Renaming of VALEO IT Personalservice GmbH to VALEO IT Services International GmbH. The main reason is that we, as a company, have grown and matured steadily in the last years, expanding our service portfolio and our global footprint. This new naming reflects better who we are today.

VALEO IT Services International GmbH wins bavaria's Best 50 award. Future viability and economic stability were important selection criteria. The award is given to companies that have been able to increase their number of employees as well as their sales and earnings at an above-average rate over the last five years.

A learning and continuously improving organisation needs a good quality management system. Ours has been certified according to ISO 9001:2015 by the independent auditors of TÜV SÜD AG. The certification confirms that VALEO IT has introduced and successfully applies an efficient quality management system.
2019
Opening of office in Queretaro, Mexico. Because of new projects and to be able to react faster to customer requests, VALEO IT Services International GmbH opened an office in Queretaro. The large job market of Mexico City allowed us to quickly expand our team with additional local IT experts.
2018
Expansion APAC: New Office in Manila, Philippines. Expansion APAC: New office in Manila, Philippines. As VALEO IT Services International wants to grow further, opening up the "APAC" region with its own location presented itself as a strategic challenge, after Europe and the American continent have already been developed with several locations in Germany, Romania and Mexico.
2018
Opening 2. office in Romania, Sibiu. Opening of the 2nd office in Romania, Sibiu. With the expansion of the office, VALEO IT Services International GmbH can further expand the language coverage German. The opening is an important step to realize our vision in this region.
2017
Expansion of the partnership with SanData IT group in the field of consulting and support. Expansion of the partnership with the SanData IT Group in the area of consulting and support. To meet customer requirements, VALEO IT Services International decided to expand its business relationship with the IT system house.
2016
Expansion NAFTA/LATAM: New office in Guadalajara, Mexico. The better IT job market as well as the possible language coverage across NAFTA AND LATAM led the company to choose Mexico as an additional location.
2014
Expansion EU: New office in Timişoara, Romania. Expansion EU: New office in Romania, Timisoara. Based on the expansion of the service portfolio and increase of the market share, VALEO IT Services International decided to expand to Romania. Customer requirements for additional languages and service hours as well as budget restructuring were also motivating factors for this location expansion.
2012
Strategic partnership with SanData in the retail business. Expansion of the partnership with the SanData IT Group in the area of consulting and support. The SanData IT Group successfully supports companies in Germany and Austria as a vendor-independent and industry-neutral IT systems house.
2009
New company building and move to the headquarters from Schwandorf to Luhe-Wildenau. Because of the project development and the increasing number of employees, the new headquarters were established in Luhe-Wildenau. Founder Bastian Braun was born and grew up in Luhe.
2008
Opening office in Stollberg, Sachsen. Initially, VALEO IT Services International GmbH supported as a service provider in a customer's plant and later moved to its own branch in Stollberg. This also allowed the support portfolio to be expanded.

Founding VALEO IT GmbH with Office in Schwandorf. The company VALEO IT was founded by Bastian Braun in 2004 and initially focused on the retail business, IT consulting and support for regional customers.
