The VALEO IT Services International GmbH has existed for over 15 years and works in partnership and successfully with its employees, customers and suppliers. The goal of our corporate mission statement and values is to create a common understanding of our work.
The mission statement is intended to give us orientation for our day-to-day activities.In our company we live a culture that is characterized by mutual respect, recognition and trust. We want to offer our customers excellent service and convince them with high quality and reliability.
Shared values create cohesion. Give us orientation. But they are also fundamental to the way we work together and achieve our goals. That’s why we see our Core Values as more than just a nice-to-have. We want them to be lived out in our day-to-day work. With conviction. With enthusiasm. For more openness and respect.
Every employee should be able to identify with them: from Germany to Mexico, from Sibiu to Manila. That’s why we asked our employees. What we wanted to know: What ideas do you associate with the individual values? The results were both exciting and varied. And no wonder. After all, everyone brings their own cultural imprint with them and has an individual view of the world. Nevertheless, there was always a common denominator.

Our services portfolio is structured to cover most of the IT services needed in the targeted markets. We will not focus in selling the portfolio objects as packages but rather on building custom services based on our offering combined with the customer needs.
