VALEO IT Services International GmbH has been in existence for over 20 years and works successfully in partnership with its employees, customers and suppliers. The aim of our corporate mission statement is to create a common understanding of our work. The mission statement should give us orientation for our daily actions. In our company, we live a culture that is characterized by mutual respect, recognition and trust. We want to offer our customers an excellent service and impress them with high quality and reliability.

Every employee should be able to identify with it: from Germany to Mexico, from Sibiu to Manila. That's why we asked our employees. What we wanted to know: What ideas do you associate with the individual values? The results were exciting and varied. And no wonder. After all, everyone has their own cultural background and an individual view of the world. Nevertheless, there was always a common denominator.
