From regional provider to international company

VALEO IT Services International GmbH was founded in 2004 by Bastian Braun and initially focused on trading, IT consulting and support for regional customers. Bastian Braun, born and raised in Pirk near Weiden, was inspired by a well-known entrepreneur to set up and run his own business. The company took off in Europe in 2014, expanded to NAMER and LATAM in 2016 and to APAC in 2018.

VALEO IT Services International GmbH currently employs more than 250 people who take care of the needs of its customers in various areas of IT. Be it consulting, project implementation or round-the-clock support in more than 13 languages. Thanks to our locations in Germany, Romania, Mexico and the Philippines, we can guarantee our customers a high-quality service and the best quality. We attach great importance to open communication and transparency. Every customer is unique and has their own special wishes and requirements. That is why we integrate our customized solutions seamlessly into their IT architecture.

In 2021, VALEO IT Services International GmbH was honored with the BAYERNS BEST 50 Award. "Through our constant investment in our employees, innovative services and the development of a global structure as well as active entrepreneurship, our company contributes to the high standard in Bavaria and far beyond. We have our dedicated employees and loyal customers to thank for this. We are proud of 20 years of successful projects and the associated continuous growth," says Managing Director Bastian Braun.

2022

Our global presence and continuous development in recent years have prompted us to adapt our company name accordingly. VALEO IT Personalservice GmbH has become VALEO IT Services International GmbH. This change of name has resulted in a uniform name with which all our locations worldwide can identify.

2021

We received a special honor when we won the Bayern Best 50 Award. VALEO IT Services International GmbH qualified for this award by achieving an above-average increase in the number of employees, turnover and earnings over the last five years, with future viability and economic stability being important selection criteria for the award. This was only possible thanks to teamwork and an outstanding corporate culture.

2021

Continuous development also means continuous improvement within the company, as well as a constant learning culture and efficient quality management. This has been confirmed for VALEO IT Services International GmbH by the ISO 9001:2015 certification from TÜV SÜD Management GmbH.

2019

The expansion to NAMER and LATMA in 2016 opened up a large new labor market for VALEO IT Services International GmbH with local IT experts. Due to high customer demand, a second office was opened in Queretaro, Mexico, in order to be able to respond more quickly to inquiries and new projects.

2018

After developing Europe and the American continent with locations in Germany, Romania and Mexico, the next logical step was to expand into the "APAC" region. VALEO IT Services International GmbH took up the challenge and opened another location in Manila, Philippines, to expand customer service and growth, as well as the ability to offer service in more languages.

2018

Romania is an important IT location in Europe. In order to improve the quality of our services and to increase the quantity, VALEO IT Services International GmbH opened another office in Sibiu, Romania, to ensure the vision of more customer satisfaction through more qualified employees.

2017

The many years of excellent partnership with SanData IT Group and the constant challenge of meeting customer requirements prompted VALEO IT Services International GmbH to expand the existing business relationship with the IT system house in the area of consulting and support.

2016

In order to provide better opportunities for the growth of VALEO IT Services International GmbH and to cover more languages and service hours, we opened a new office in Guadalajara, Mexico. This expansion into the NAMER and LATMA region gave us access to a very well structured IT labor market.

2014

In order to expand its service portfolio and increase its market share, VALEO IT Services International decided to expand to Romania with a location in Timisoara. The reasons for this expansion were customer requests for additional languages and service times as well as a budget restructuring.

2012

As a manufacturer-independent and industry-neutral IT system house, the SanData IT Group successfully supports companies in Germany and Austria. VALEO IT Services International GmbH therefore decided to enter into a strategic partnership with SanData in the retail business.

2009

Due to project developments and the increasing number of employees, founder and Managing Director Bastian Braun decided to build a new head office in Luhe-Wildenau, not far from his home town of Pirk near Weiden.

2008

Before moving into the Stollberg/Erz. branch office, VALEO IT Services International GmbH provided support as a service provider at a customer's plant. With the move to an independent office, the support portfolio was expanded and new customers were acquired.
