Description

As Junior IT Onsite Technician (m/f/d) You are responsible for direct IT infrastructure support for our client at the Hanover location. You ensure the smooth operation of systems, assist users with IT problems, and serve as a central point of contact between technology and users.

Responsibilities
  • Installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.) and software
  • On-site error analysis and troubleshooting
  • Performing regular maintenance and supporting rollouts and IT projects
  • Support and assistance for end-users with technical issues and inquiries
  • Documentation of work steps and solutions in ticket and system documentation
  • Collaboration with internal IT departments and external service providers
Qualifications
  • Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist in system integration) or equivalent qualification
  • Practical experience in the installation and maintenance of IT systems
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office applications, and basic knowledge of network technology
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach
  • High degree of customer focus, strong communication skills, and sense of responsibility
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
