Systematic approach to achieving high quality
MOTIVATION
Quality in the provision of services and Satisfaction of our customers are valuable assets that are anchored in the value culture of VALEO IT. They are non-negotiable objectives for us.
A quality management system helps us to achieve these goals. We have therefore decided to develop and establish a quality management system in order to meet the overriding requirement of Quality and Customer satisfaction to do justice to them.
TASKS
We pursue a process-oriented approach with our quality management system. Based on the process-oriented approach, we plan, operate, check and maintain operating processes, continuously monitor their performance and contribute to continuous improvement.
ISO9001 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems (QMS). Our QMS is aligned with the requirements of ISO9001 and is therefore based on a globally recognized system. This meets the overriding demand for quality and the international orientation of VALEO IT.
With the certificate, VALEO IT demonstrates that it complies with the defined requirements for quality management standards, sets itself these as objectives and fulfills them. A recognized certification company of the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) determines compliance with the standard requirements as part of external audits and checks this continuously in annual surveillance audits.
