Systematic approach to achieving high quality

Quality and customer satisfaction are core values that are firmly anchored at VALEO IT Services International GmbH. In order to meet these high standards, we rely on systematic quality management in accordance with ISO 9001. Our quality management system forms the basis for continuous improvement of our processes and promotes consistently high quality in our IT services - from consulting and service to software development. With ISO 9001 certification, we create transparency, efficiency and trust in order to exceed our customers' expectations in the long term.

Quality in the provision of services and Satisfaction of our customers are valuable assets that are anchored in the value culture of VALEO IT. They are non-negotiable objectives for us.

A quality management system helps us to achieve these goals. We have therefore decided to develop and establish a quality management system in order to meet the overriding requirement of Quality and Customer satisfaction to do justice to them.

We pursue a process-oriented approach with our quality management system. Based on the process-oriented approach, we plan, operate, check and maintain operating processes, continuously monitor their performance and contribute to continuous improvement.

ISO9001 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems (QMS). Our QMS is aligned with the requirements of ISO9001 and is therefore based on a globally recognized system. This meets the overriding demand for quality and the international orientation of VALEO IT.

With the certificate, VALEO IT demonstrates that it complies with the defined requirements for quality management standards, sets itself these as objectives and fulfills them. A recognized certification company of the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) determines compliance with the standard requirements as part of external audits and checks this continuously in annual surveillance audits.
