As an IT System Administrator at VALEO IT Services International GmbH, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining the IT infrastructure and systems at our sites. This includes managing cloud services, servers, networks, hardware and software, as well as supporting users with technical issues. Your Responsibilities
- Administration, optimization of the IT infrastructure and its continuous monitoring
- Introduction of mobile device management based on Microsoft Intune
- Implementation, installation, administration of systems from
the Microsoft server environment (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange) - Setup, administration and further development of the Microsoft 365 environment
- Support for security-related and organizational changes in Microsoft 365
- Ensuring IT availability and operational IT security
- Support of central systems such as virus protection/security, backup, monitoring
- Support of the network infrastructure (firewall, switches, WLAN) at all locations
- Organization and control of license management
- Support and training of employees on the use of hardware and software
- Establishment and maintenance of information security guidelines in accordance with ISO 27001
- Organization and contact person for the internal IT community
- Collaboration on international, strategic IT projects
- Management and coordination of external service providers/partners
Your Responsibilities

Your Skills
- Completed training in the IT field and at least 3 years of professional experience
- Confidence in dealing with ITSM processes according to ITIL
- Good knowledge of storage and virtualization
- Sound knowledge of system and network administration
- Experience with server operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux
- Knowledge and experience in the configuration and administration of Microsoft 365 services
and features, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business,
Power Automate and Power Apps - Knowledge of common Windows client and server operating systems, specifically Windows Server
2012-2019, Active Directory (setup and administration) - Knowledge of VMWare, understanding of databases and SQL queries
- Ideally, experience with Mobotix surveillance and access systems
- Strong problem solving skills and very good analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Reliable, independent and quality-oriented way of working in an international organizational structure
