We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented IT-Supporter First Level who wants to help make the digital world run smoother and more efficiently for our customers. If you have a passion for technology and a knack for problem solving, you've come to the right place. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers who need support and solutions to their IT challenges. You only will not solve technical problems, you will also help create a world-class user experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Support for application problems and answering IT-specific questions
- Analysis and solution of IT inquiries by telephone via remote maintenance
- Classification and processing of incoming requests in the ticket system
- Support for Windows 7/10, network and hardware
- Assistance in the area of application support

Your Skills
- Experience in telephone user support (UHD)
- Experienced with the use of ticket systems
- Basic knowledge in the areas of LAN, Active Directory, remote tools
- Ideally experience in one of the following Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365
- Good communication skills and enjoy dealing with customers
- High level of commitment and reliable work
- Analytical and structured thinking
- Initiative and ability to work in a team
- English language skills
Your Skills
