Our colleagues from the VALEO IT Services International GmbH<\/strong> are currently visiting CCW in Berlin<\/strong> on the go \u2013 with a clear goal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CCW CallCenterWorld Berlin trade fair is the international congress and trade fair for customer service, customer communication, and call centers. For us, it is an important platform to identify current developments early on and to specifically evaluate them for our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As trade fair visitors, our colleagues specifically use CCW to inform themselves about current trends, new technologies, and innovative concepts in customer service. Topics such as automation, AI-powered support processes, omnichannel communication, and service quality are of particular focus. The exchange with manufacturers, partners, and industry experts provides valuable impetus that is directly incorporated into the further development of our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
