Our colleagues from the VALEO IT Services International GmbH<\/strong> are currently visitors to the CCW in Berlin<\/strong> on the road - with a clear goal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CCW CallCenterWorld Berlin trade fair is the international congress trade fair for customer service, communication and call centers. For us, it is an important platform for recognizing current developments at an early stage and evaluating them specifically for our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As trade fair visitors, our colleagues use the CCW specifically to find out about current trends, new technologies and innovative concepts in customer service. Topics such as automation, AI-supported support processes, omnichannel communication and service quality are a particular focus. The exchange with manufacturers, partners and industry experts provides valuable impetus that flows directly into the further development of our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
