
VALEO IT is looking for an experienced Office 365 3rd Level Support Engineer (m/f/d) to join our international support team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis, troubleshooting and optimization of Microsoft 365 Office Apps Services in complex enterprise environments. You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations and implement new technologies.

- Implementation of Advanced Troubleshooting and Root cause analysis for complex technical problems in the M365 Office Apps Service
- Evaluation of new topics from the Microsoft Message Center and creation of Risk assessments and solution strategies
- Close cooperation with the Office Service Owner for cloud policy and GPO-related topics
- Creation of Work instructions and knowledge base articles
- Development, testing and implementation of new Microsoft software solutions or releases
- Assisting 2nd level support with complex tickets and performance reviews
- Coordination with Microsoft (4th Level Support) for escalations and work orders
- Monitoring the Service stability and proactive reporting of anomalies
- Advice and technical support for the internal office team
- Implementation of Root cause analysis for recurring problems
- Support with Software packages, Migrations, Policy Management and Lifecycle activities
Technical requirements
- At least 1 year experience in IT Support / IT Service Desk
- Completed or ongoing studies in the field of IT / system engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Very good command of English (written and oral)
- Sound knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365 Office products (installation, updates, troubleshooting)
- Active Directory, IAM, GPO, Cloud Policy
- Security, compliance and network basics
- IT service management (incident, change, problem and release management according to ITIL)
- Software deployment, updates, migration and integration of third-party tools
Certifications
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
- Microsoft Office Specialist: Expert (Microsoft 365 Apps)
