Description

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented First Level IT Supporter who wants to help make the digital world run more smoothly and efficiently for our customers. If you have a passion for technology and a knack for problem solving, you've come to the right place. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers who need support and solutions to their IT challenges. You will not only solve technical problems, but also help to create a first-class user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support with application problems and answering IT-specific questions
  • Analyzing and solving IT queries by telephone via remote maintenance
  • Classification and processing of incoming requests in the ticket system
  • Support for Windows 10/11, network and hardware
  • Support in the area of application support
Qualifications
  • Experience in telephone user support (UHD)
  • Familiar with the use of ticket systems
  • Basic knowledge of LAN, Active Directory, remote tools
  • Ideally experience in one of the following Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365
  • Good communication skills and enjoy dealing with customers
  • High level of commitment and reliable work
  • Analytical and structured thinking
  • Initiative and ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge of English
