IT Onsite Technician (m/f/d)
Description
As IT Onsite Technician (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the direct support of our customer's IT infrastructure at the Korbach and Hann. Münden sites. You will ensure the smooth operation of the systems, support users with IT problems and act as a central interface between technology and users.
The deployment distribution is firmly defined:
- 3 days per week at the Korbach site
- 2 days per week at the Hann. Münden site
A residence in or around Kassel is advantageous, as it is centrally located between the two locations and ensures good accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration and commissioning of IT hardware (PCs, notebooks, printers, etc.) and software
- Carrying out fault analyses and troubleshooting on site
- Carrying out regular maintenance and supporting rollouts and IT projects
- Support and assistance for end users with technical problems and queries
- Documentation of work steps and solutions in ticket and system documentation
- Collaboration with internal IT departments and external service providers
Qualifications
- Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist in system integration) or comparable qualification
- Practical experience in the installation and maintenance of IT systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office applications and basic knowledge of network technology
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
- High degree of customer orientation, strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel between the Korbach and Hann. Münden locations
Class B driver's license is required - Good written and spoken German and English skills
