
For our Asia-Pacific region we are looking for a dedicated IAM 3rd Level Support Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on Identity & Access Management. You are part of an international team and support customer environments in different time zones.
Language skills: English
- Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation and configuration in the area of Identity & Access Management
- Collaboration with other IT teams to integrate IAM solutions into various applications and services
- Carrying out health checks to identify and minimize potential risks in the IAM environment
- Testing IAM workflows and drivers for quality before going live
- Creation and maintenance of process documentation
- Coordination of incidents and service requests in the IAM area
- Ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and industry standards
- At least 1 year of experience in IT customer support or IT service desk
- Completed or ongoing studies in IT, systems engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Very good command of English (written and oral)
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory Administration
- Knowledge of IT service management (incident, change, problem and release management according to ITIL)
- Experience with identity management solutions (preferably NetIQ Identity Manager)
- Independent and structured way of working, strong technical understanding
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and resilience
