VALEO IT Services International GmbH took part in this year's Franchise Expo 2024 in Frankfurt from November 7 to 9 with a team of three. Over three days, the trade fair offered an ideal platform for networking, knowledge exchange and insights into new developments in the franchise industry.

The event attracted a large community of franchisors, potential franchisees and industry experts and was characterized by first-class organization and a wide range of topics. Particularly noteworthy were the exciting presentations, which provided valuable information and impetus on current trends and developments in the franchise industry.

A key topic at the trade fair was the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the franchise industry, which was of particular interest to VALEO IT Services. Current trends and practical applications of AI in franchise management were presented, ranging from business process optimization to partner acquisition. The employees were able to gain valuable insights that they can incorporate into their own IT services.

In addition, presentations explained how to set up a franchise system and what requirements are necessary to get off to a successful start. It was also explained when a franchise is worthwhile and what economic benefits and challenges are associated with it. The question of how to find suitable franchise partners was also a central topic that was discussed intensively.

We, VALEO IT Services International GmbH, who have been specializing in IT support for companies with several branch offices and in the franchise sector for years, were able to benefit greatly from the trade fair content and the exchange on site. A particular added value was the insight that franchising is not just limited to the catering industry, but encompasses a wide range of possibilities and sectors.
