The CCW CallCenterWorld Berlin trade fair is the international congress trade fair for customer service, communication and call centers. For us, it is an important platform for recognizing current developments at an early stage and evaluating them specifically for our services.

Topics such as automation, AI-supported support processes, omnichannel communication and service quality are a particular focus. The exchange with manufacturers, partners and industry experts provides valuable impetus that flows directly into the further development of our services.
