We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented First Level IT Supporter who wants to help make the digital world run more smoothly and efficiently for our customers. - Support with application problems and answering IT-specific questions
- Analyzing and solving IT queries by telephone via remote maintenance
- Classification and processing of incoming requests in the ticket system
- Support for Windows 10/11, network and hardware
- Support in the area of application support
- Experience in telephone user support (UHD)
- Familiar with the use of ticket systems
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Active Directory, remote tools
- Ideally experience in one of the following Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365
- Good communication skills and enjoy dealing with customers
- High level of commitment and reliable work
- Analytical and structured thinking
- Initiative and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of English
